This policy explains how lplead collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, dashboard, and the landing pages you publish through the platform.

1. Who we are

lplead is a SaaS platform for building bilingual landing pages, connecting integrations (Google Sheets, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Telegram), and collecting leads in one workspace.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (stored hashed), and workspace settings.
• Platform data: templates, page content, forms, design, and leads you create or receive.
• Visitor data on your published pages: form submissions, IP address, User-Agent, and UTM parameters when available.
• Integration data: encrypted OAuth tokens for Google, Meta, and TikTok accounts you connect, and Telegram bot tokens you paste.
• Technical data: usage logs, errors, and session information to keep the platform secure.

3. How we use data

• Operate the platform (editor, publishing, integrations).
• Store leads in lplead first, then forward them to Google Sheets or Telegram per your settings.
• Manage subscriptions, billing, and support.
• Improve security and prevent abuse.

4. Your role regarding your page visitors

When you publish a landing page and collect visitor data, you are the data controller for that data under your jurisdiction. You are responsible for informing visitors and obtaining required consents. lplead acts as a processor to run the platform and forward data on your instructions.

5. Third-party services

When you connect accounts, data may be shared with:

• Google — OAuth, Google Sheets API, Google Analytics (Measurement ID you provide).
• Meta — OAuth and Meta Pixel for conversion tracking on published pages.
• TikTok — OAuth and TikTok Pixel.
• Telegram — Bot API for lead notifications.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. By connecting an account, you accept that provider’s terms.

6. Security and storage

We encrypt sensitive OAuth tokens. Every lead is stored in lplead before external sync, with retries on integration failure. We apply reasonable security measures, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain your account and workspace data while your subscription is active. After cancellation, backups may be kept for a limited period for legal compliance or dispute resolution. You may request deletion by contacting us.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. Contact us to submit a request.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sessions (login) and language preference. Published customer pages may load Meta, TikTok, or Google Analytics scripts that set cookies according to your configuration.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be announced by email or in the dashboard.
