By using lplead or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Service description

lplead provides tools to choose templates, customize landing pages, connect Google Sheets, Meta, TikTok, and Telegram, publish pages, and collect leads. The service is offered as SaaS with subscription or free trial plans.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.
• We may require email verification before enabling certain features (such as OAuth integrations).

3. Subscription and billing

Plans include limits (pages, monthly leads, available integrations). Free trials have a defined duration and limits. We may change pricing or limits with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to:

• Send spam or misleading or fraudulent content.
• Publish illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to hack the platform or abuse APIs.
• Collect personal data without a lawful basis or without informing visitors.

5. Customer content

You own your page content (text, images, forms). You are responsible for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws (including data protection). lplead does not review all content before publication.

6. Integrations

When you connect Google, Meta, TikTok, or Telegram, you authorize the platform to access your accounts within required scopes. lplead is not responsible for outages or policy changes by third-party providers. You must comply with each provider’s terms.

7. Intellectual property

lplead templates, platform UI, and branding belong to lplead. Your subscription does not grant the right to resell templates as a standalone product. Your page content remains yours.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee advertising or sales results. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability but aim for reasonable uptime.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lplead is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our total liability to you is limited to fees paid to lplead in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Account termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Published pages and integrations may stop upon termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. See the “Last updated” date above.
